- Identify and nurture high-potential employees, developing personalized development plans to accelerate their growth within the company.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement robust succession planning strategies that ensure the availability of qualified internal candidates for critical roles.
- Drive the end-to-end talent development process, including designing and delivering impactful training and development programs that enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
- Champion career development initiatives that enable employees to take ownership of their growth paths, aligning their aspirations with the organization's goals.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent-related matters.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from a recognized institution
- Proven experience of 9+ years in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in competency mapping, high-potential identification, succession planning, and talent development.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive informed talent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
