Talent Management:
- Handling end to end Talent Management activities across group
- recruitment drives for the organization.
- Continuous management and evaluation of Recruitment consultants.
Learning & Development:
- Training needs identification and formulation & implementation of training calendar for the year.
- Overall supervision of employee Entry, Exits, Transfer, deputations etc.
- Ensure that HR standards & Procedures are fully implemented at all levels.
Employee Engagement:
- Performance Management System
- Conducting training need analysis at the starting of the year & implementing and monitoring the action plan based on the Survey Findings.
- Proper implementation of the action plan decided with proper feedback & two-way discussion with the manager & the associates.
On-Boarding & Joining Formalities:
- Making a new hire announcement with the respective regional and global team.
- Providing proper induction &orientation program of the newly joined associates with all the departments explaining about company policies, structure, vision & mission.
- Conduct a three-monthly performance check with the manager of the newly joined associate.
HR Generalist Work:
- Maintaining and updating the proper HR MIS for recruitment & other related MIS
- Responsible for compensation and benefits of the employees.
