Key Responsibilities :
PMS :
- Conceptualize and drive timely implementation of performance management processes across Business Units.
- Proactively support the respective Business HR teams in ensuring quality of Goal Setting, Annual Review processes, Promotion, PIP processes.
Compensation :
- Drive & design competitive compensation & benefits practices in line with business goals
- Participate in various salary surveys such as Hays, Hewitt, etc to obtain external data points and make necessary recommendations
- Prepare annual salary increments proposals, promotions and variable pay concept note and guidelines in line with compensation philosophy defined for the year and ensure effective communication on the same
Policies :
Design, evaluate and modify benefits/ reward policies to ensure that policies are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirement
Talent :
- Design, develop and track progress on development plans of High pots
- Review Critical Talent exercise for lifestyle business
- Develop and present Talent readiness dashboard for various Business Units
- Creating visibility of talent through cross - functional projects
- Design & execute career management philosophy for the organization
Culture :
- Drive the organization's culture and develop implementation strategies to narrow the gap between the desired and actual culture
- Driving culture branding and engagement plan for all employees
- Link culture to key organization processes and practices
- Designing and administering culture survey across the organization
- Work on special projects across business units as and when required
