- This position leads the Talent Management & Learning and Development function for the company.
- The Talent Management Specialist will help drive organization values and philosophy through talent management activities that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes - Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement etc
- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.
- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- The role also looks into conceptualization, design and seamless execution of Organization Development initiatives across the board.
- Change Management - Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
ESSENTIAL:
1. You should have 3-6 years of experience with strong experience in Talent Management, Organization development and Learning & Development collectively
2. Previous experience working with a consulting / startup
3. Change Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures around Organization Development, Talent Management and Learning & Development
