Profile : Lead Talent Management Specialist Location : Mumbai Qualification & Experience : MBA in HR with 8-12 years of experience in various streams of talent management including diversity and inclusion, leadership capability and development. Experience with banks, financial institutions specializing in the digital payments domain or top IT firms are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Work with HR leadership and Business leaders to develop and implement talent management framework and strategy - Own performance management and promotions - Lead conversations with high-potential employees for leadership development and build succession plan - Drive leadership development programs - Own employee engagement metrics like retention and other HR analytics - Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits - Collaborate with different stakeholders for HR automation projects and change management - Influence and partner with various levels of management to achieve results Requirements : - MBA in HR from a tier 1or 2 institution - 8-12 years of experience post MBA , specifically in the talent management function - Should have previous experience of implementing and progressively scaling talent solutions in their professional career - Prior experience in succession planning , competency mapping and performance management is a must - Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages - Strong project management capabilities - Additional certification (e.g. CIPD or SPHR) is a plus CTC Offered: INR 35 LPA+ Benefits
