Job Description - Reporting to the Head- Talent Acquisition-you would:
- Define the organization's talent attraction and recruitment strategy on a PAN India basis to position it as an Employer of Choice Spearhead the lateral recruitment program for the organization and ensure top quality talent
- Strategize and plan manpower budgeting and job requirements in co-ordination with the functional leadership
- Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from colleges, workplaces, databases
- Please note that this is an individual contributor role.
The Successful Candidate - You would have 7+ years of experience in technology hiring in a product development company. You would have relevant experience in an internet, ecommerce or product development set-up
