Lead Talent Acquisition- Service Industry
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle by effectively moving applicants through the process, in a timely manner,
- Develop candidate pipelines using job portals, resume databases and networking,
- Perform competency-based interviews with candidates,
- Negotiate salaries and create offer letters,
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions,
- Support the onboarding and orientation process,
- Manage the young talent programs and employer branding activities
- Take ownership of and drive the recruitment process with high level of attention
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Good understanding, personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualification - PGDM/MBA
- Female candidates are preferred.
