Lead - Talent Acquisition - SaaS Product

Spectral Consultants is hiring fir he Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Lead with one of the SaaS Product based organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Works with Hiring Managers and drives the recruiting process for all employees, interns and contractors.

- Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and staffing agents.

- Source, screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

- Leading and supervising the team of recruiters

- Work with the Hiring Manager to support a flawless onboarding process for new hires.

- Research and attend industry recruiting and networking events such as job fairs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor'pg degree with 10+ years of experience in core IT and technical hiring domain.
