Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Lead:
Strategic Talent Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Implement creative strategies to attract high-performing talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Anticipate future hiring needs.
- Foster relationships with industry professionals, universities, and relevant networks to enhance the candidate pool.
Employer Branding:
- Identify strategies to position Client's as an employer of choice.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values and culture to attract top talent.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess talent acquisition effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compliance and Diversity Initiatives:
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal standards.
Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide support in developing onboarding materials and programs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience recruiting for technology and functional roles in global organizations.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent degree with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition.
Communication Skills:
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and build positive relationships.

AI Technology Familiarity:
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies (such as ChatGPT) to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
