Role Summary:

c. Role : Lead - Recruitments/Talent Acquisition

e. Experience : 7-12 years in TA

Responsibilities:

1. Actively lead manpower planning and cost optimization exercise for India operations.

2. Lead end to end recruitment and selection for pan India vacancies across India in collaboration with local HR business partners and consultants to understand, source and share talent profiles.

3. Manage calendar scheduling of 2-3 rounds of interviews in consultation with HRBPs for hiring managers, including cancellations and reschedules.

4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

5. Oversee the creation and maintenance of a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

6. End to end vendor management and evaluation with rigorous review prior to consultant empanelment for recruitment.

7. Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract top-tier talent.

8. Managing current vacancies dashboard for pan India and updating the talent requirements periodically on India website - Careers section.

9. Updating and managing Careers section of India website with Marketing.

10. Aim to increase diversity hiring by 10% YoY.

11. Collaborating with Marketing function to review and post job requirements on Linkedin handle as and when required by any HRBP and track candidate applications.

12. Updating job descriptions and managing the central repository for benchmark roles periodically in collaboration with Organization Design HR for all unique critical roles in the firm.

13. Review quarterly recruitment metrics and present HR dashboard with insights to the HR / management team.

15. Stay abreast of industry trends, market, and competitor practices to drive recruitment excellence.

16. Lead special projects on increasing employer branding through campus engagement and other initiatives in recruitment and selection space including new policy administration.

Qualifications:

- MBA-HR would be preferred from a top tier college.

- Proven experience of at least 7 years in talent acquisition

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
