Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies specifically for the real estate sector, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Identify, source, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Candidate Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide insights on candidate suitability.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry contacts to enhance the recruitment process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.
Data Management:
- Utilize HR software and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend improvements to the hiring process as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Education: Bachelor's/masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
