- The role is Individual contributor role with dotted line of sourcers/recruiters from different geographies. No direct reports to begin with.
Our client :Our client is a US MNC into professional services (not Big 4) with around 10,000 employees globally and presence is 80+ countries. The APAC region is made up of 15+ countries and they are looking to recruit a dynamic APAC TA lead for the region.
Role :Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the APAC Talent Acquisition team work closely with the business leaders, HR business partners and other members of the Global Talent Acquisition team to translate the business strategy and workforce planning into executable recruiting plans to find the best talent. Your responsibilities will be to:-
- Develop your ideas and bring proactive initiatives to the team to drive a high-performance culture and promote the benefits of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise to the business.
- Lead, develop and provide direction to the APAC regional Talent Acquisition team who are a mix of both TA and Sourcing specialists
- Provide highly effective and efficient recruitment and selection services throughout the APAC region.
- Manage and execute direct Senior Executive hiring within the region.
- Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders. Monitor and manage SLA's and KPI's across the region.
- Help design and implement a regional recruitment strategy and provide thought leadership to address Talent Acquisition challenges and improvement needs, within the framework of the Global guidelines.
- Drive operational excellence and be a technology champion, you will take a lead in optimising TA technology and driving effective processes.
Ideal Candidate : You have 10-15 years of experience either within corporate in-house/RPO ideally within business, professional or financial services. Prior experience of working in a large, global, matrix organisation within a Talent Acquisition leadership role would be advantageous. You must have exposure to multiple countries in APAC/global as a part of your current TA role.
