Key deliverables :
- Lead the TA needs for the organization through Leadership and Lateral Hiring
- Driving the team to meet the manpower requirements within assigned timelines. Benchmarking for critical / HIPO roles.
- Working in close coordination with the Business Partners and the Hiring Managers for effective and speedy sourcing.
- Continuously searching for ways to improve efficiencies of the TA department and linking it to the strategic aim of the company
- To implement & support initiatives for organization branding and make the organization "to be the employer of choice"
- Working closely with stakeholders and providing a framework of internal policies (i.e. compensation, reward, etc) and regular updates on current market trends vis- vis competitor's standards
- Team management and development and ensuring the team is trained on the latest practices and tools for selection such as portals and psychometric tests etc
Education - MBA mandatory
Experience - Min 15 years post qualification
Candidates preferably with base location / current location Mumbai.
Candidates from Non-IT backgrounds - Large conglomerates (PAN India exposure if possible), Sales & Distribution / Manufacturing setups. Consumer durable industry exposure will be an added advantage.
