Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as Lead - Talent Acquisition Operations & HR Analytics. In this role, you will oversee and enhance end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations, in addition to providing in-depth analytics and reporting across the HR function-including Talent Management, HR Operations, and Learning & Development (L&D). This position ensures data accuracy, process efficiency, and actionable insights that guide strategic HR initiatives.

This role also involves significant collaboration with Controllership to manage budgeting, expense planning, and costing for HR activities, as well as overseeing vendor onboarding, payment processing, and transaction management. Your contributions will be essential in aligning operational and financial objectives within HR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accuracy across recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards, ensuring up-to-date, reliable data.

- Collaborate with HR teams to incorporate insights from Talent Management, HR Operations, and L&D into a cohesive analytics framework.

2. Technology & Process Optimisation

- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to optimise processes and reduce inefficiencies.

- Collaborate with Controllership and HR teams to implement automation tools, enhancing process efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

3. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Oversee recruitment budgets, manage expenses, and ensure precise financial reporting across HR functions.

- Partner with Controllership on budget planning, costing, and allocation, handling payment processes, vendor onboarding, and transaction management as needed.

4. Data Visualisation & Strategic Insights

- Create clear, actionable data presentations for HR leaders, informing talent acquisition and broader HR strategies.

- Act as a liaison with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners to drive data integration and a seamless recruitment process.

5. Process Improvement & Operations Management

- Conduct regular surveys and feedback loops with all stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and deliver a positive experience, measured by promoter scores.

- Lead the end-to-end TA operations, from document collection to background verification and pre-joining engagement processes.

6. Workforce Planning & Analytics

- Analyse workforce data to drive talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies organisation-wide.

- Manage contractor analytics, oversee details of operational time logs (OTL), and collaborate with global counterparts to align strategic initiatives in hiring and related transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 6+ years of experience in HR analytics, TA operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast paced, growing organisation.

- Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in data management, reporting, and visualization (proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus).

- Experience in HR systems management, particularly Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data automation tools.

- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and collaborate effectively with financial teams.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
