- Lead Talent Acquisition delivery for specific group in accordance with business priorities and objectives. Ensure planning and focus on the strategic outcomes. Work with business heads and other stakeholders.
- Focus on driving a joyful experience for all across the TA journey
- Support and drive Talent Acquisition Strategy and implementation of focus areas, Scorecard, and In-country projects.
- Drive a data driven culture to continually drive efficiencies and deliver innovative solutions
- Develop and manage partnerships to build efficiencies across the eco-system, with agencies etc.
- TA analytics, Reporting, Market Insights & External Benchmarking
- Mentor TAs/recruiters to achieve talent requirements through a consultative approach and enable the team to play an advisory role
