About the Client : Leading PR Agency

Key Focus Areas for the role :

- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the organisation and reporting into Head TA + Head HR for North:

- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding

- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

Skill Sets we are looking for :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in recruitment with focus on mid to senior level hiring

- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing TA process end to end

- MUST have most of their experience in Media/PR organsiations

- Extensive experience in Talent mapping, Research, Head Hunting

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication skills
