The position shall be accountable for all recruitment and HR activities in the General News. Candidate is expected to be good in data management and should be goal oriented.
Knowledge of recruitments,; preferably in media industry to deliver a quick TAT
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Stakeholders for preparing JDs
- Develops innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines. Conducts regular follow-up with recruitment vendors to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Ensure that relevant profiles are sources and talent requirements are met with in stipulated time frame.
- Ensure preparation of database and mapping of completion using market intelligence.
- Maintaining all Staffing MIS
- Basic HR operations like taking care of new employees joining formalities and induction, along with HR Business Partners.
- Assists in branding in establishing a recognizable - employer of choice- reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
The above mentioned responsibilities are only indicative, to describe the nature of work. The actual responsibilities would include many other deliverables, which shall be discussed time to time with incumbent.
