Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment Process :
- Leverage Company's Employer Brand and make the company Employer of Choice in Media
- Position Talent Acquisition as a Strategic differentiator wrt. Competition.
- Create a ready to use mapping of competition to fill emerging talent requirements for non-news business
- Draw up the Manpower Plan in consultation with the HRBPs and HR Head.
- Preparation and Regular up-dation of the Recruitment Policy.
Maintain the Sourcing Mix effectively :
- Consultants
- Naukri and Linkedin
- Campus
- Walk-ins and community post
- Social Media
- IJP and Employee Referral Policy ownership
- Management of Competency based selection Process
- The Quality of Hire should be maintained well through effective screening and Interviewing
- Monitor cost of hire and hiring budgets
Recruitment Operations :
- Ensure maintenance of Recruitment Database
- Recruitment MIS should be maintained and shared with HRIS team by 30th of every month
- Enter into Consultant Contracts on closing of the 1st Position for Company. Renewal of the Contracts accordingly.
Leadership Hiring :
- Managing Leadership Hiring and On Boarding.
Talent Mapping and Marketing Intelligence :
- Creating a Market Intelligence database for Critical Positions
- Executing plans to increase the Talent Market Share
Campus Connect :
- Summer Internship Programme for Campus Connect
- Management Trainee Programme
- To be in Regular touch with Media and Management Campuses wrt their Courses and visiting them for Placements annually.
Internal Job Selection Process :
- Strengthen Internal Job Posting Process
- Create avenues for communication for advertising the IJPs.
