Opening with a leading Manufacturing group for their office at Gurgaon location.
Role : Talent Acquisition Lead
- Execute Recruitment to Onboarding lifecycle activities to ensure on-time manpower availability for the BU.
- Lead the implementation of PMS process in respective BU in adherence to the PMS process guidelines.
- Partner in creating & executing Business/ Functional training for the BU.
- Implement Engagement activities to create a productive, engaging and rewarding workplace for BU employees.
- Manage critical Employee lifecycle activities w.r.t. transfer, confirmation, grievance management, disciplinary etc.
Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job) :
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Work closely with the Business Heads in deployment of manpower as per the manpower budget.
- Sourcing profiles through Job portal, Social Media Recruitment, Head Hunting etc and closing positions within timelines. Conduct first round of interview with candidates followed by psychometric tests.
- Create/ review job description and ensure validation from Line Manager.
- Drives the IJP Program across the country to provide opportunity to internal talent pool.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including candidate, line manager, COE TA team etc. to ensure a smooth experience for the candidate's post offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Ensure timeliness in administrative activities like issuance of ID cards, appointment letters, completion of employee file, pre-employment verification, etc.
- Preparing dashboards to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment & on boarding function in regular intervals.
Employee Engagement :
- Responsible for executing Employee Engagement initiatives as per the plan and within timelines to become a Great Place to work.
- Conceptualize and implement various focused initiatives for vertical to address the engagement initiatives.
- Sensitize and Drive MCARES survey among the employees in co-ordination with the State Team.
- Collaborate with Business HR to analyze data and impact of engagement activities to ensure continuous improvements in the engagement scores for the sector.
- Performance Management, Training & Productivity.
- Ensure Goal setting & appraisal activities are executed as per timelines.
- Annual appraisal and bell curve adherence in discussion with BHR & BH.
- Enabling automation of productivity dashboard & process of measuring productivity for necessary recognition.
- Tracking and execution of PIP process as per guidelines. Review the feedback and review mechanism to ensure performance improvement and reduction in PIP cases.
- Liaise with the L&D team to create BU specific performance enhancing L&D programs. Execution of L&D programs and tracking improvement in performance.
Employee Lifecycle Activities & others :
- Manage attrition analytics for the vertical and share valuable insights with Manager and Department Heads (termination / resignation) process for employees and drive analytics from data gathered in exit interviews.
- Ensure employee queries are addressed in a prompt manner and escalate to DH, SHBP or senior management where applicable.
- Lifecycle activities of transfer, confirmation, exit interview etc. are done on time.
