Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with BU to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage BU expectations in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and to understand candidate motivation
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
- Act as a subject matter expert with the internal stakeholders, effectively engaging and influencing throughout complex matrix organization to drive adherence and support for the regional talent acquisition strategies
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience whilst competing for top talent
- Gather and maintain competitive market intelligence to help build a proactive, value-added Talent Acquisition model
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Provide consistent results in a metrics-driven, high-performance culture
Qualification:
- Bachelors/master's degree with 3-6 years of experience in recruitment for the services industry
- Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media & employee referral)
- Experience in candidate assessment and management
- Ability to build & analyze reports. Worked on multiple skills/roles
- Extensive experience in senior leadership hiring. Have strong candidate interviewing skills
- Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence
