Roles and Responsibilities:

- Exposure in both Tech and Non Tech Hiring.

- Talent Acquisition Experience in end-to-end Recruitment.

- Good experience in working through Portals (Naukri,Monster, etc)Experience in social media channels like Linkedin etc, Experience in stakeholder management Experience in Vendor management

- Build an active pipeline of quality candidates from creative sourcing efforts, Patient, communicative team player that is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills, Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation.
