Key Responsibilities:
- The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy - to attract top talents, reduce hiring time and enhance candidate experience.
- Will lead, mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they meet the recruitment goals and deliver high quality hires.
- Will be responsible to establish metrics and KPI's for effective recruitment - on time hire, cost per hire, quality hire and recruitment data analysis.
- Oversee all recruitment process- from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Utilize sourcing mix strategies to attract diverse candidate and create pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work with Marketing and Communication teams to develop and promote companies brand both internally and externally..
- Be updated on the current industry trends, competitor hiring practices and emerging recruitment technologies to ensure company remains compatible in the the talent market,
- Work with business, provide recruitment expertise on current trends and compensation data to assist business leads in decision making.
Candidate Requirement:
1) 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a graduate/ post graduate degree- Full time.
2) Should have experience working and closing positions- sales hiring
3) Strong leadership and management skills, should have experience in developing and grooming high performing teams.
4) Should have experience in working and closing positions with Consumer Durables
