Lead Talent Acquisition-IT Recruitment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source candidates through online channels, Job portals, LinkedIn and other professional networks, internal references
- Executing recruitment plans as per business priorities, critical positions, and TAT
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers for recruitment, including interviews and related information, to share with key stakeholders
- Salary Negotiations with candidates
- Offer Management, Rigorous Post Offer Engagement
- Maintain talent pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
