Talent Acquisition Lead (Remotely working)
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to assist with recruiting activities.
- As a TA Lead, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing and overseeing the recruitment activities.
Requirements :
- Understanding the manpower needs and develop a sustainable plan and strategy for timely hiring of candidates across levels in the organization.
- Planning and executing campus drive and different sources for volume hiring, primarily for client facing roles like Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Research and execute new ways of social media for recruitment and headhunting for mid-level roles.
- Identifying the roadblocks in the hiring process (if any) and finding out solutions to eradicate the same to expedite the hiring process.
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
Important eligibility requirements : Must have:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates from startup background would be preferred.
- Bonus points if you've worked at a B2B SaaS startup.
- Proactive, Prompt, and Responsive.
