The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to support the performance management of the TA team while individually contributing towards hiring for key / critical positions. Work closely with hiring managers on establishing sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver high profile talent. The role will manage full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level positions for Pan India and Global.
About the Role :
- Act as the first point of contact for the business area / line managers on day-to-day recruitment activity.
- Work with the business leaders to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans and assess job description
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through Employee Referral, Database, Job Portals and Social Media, Vendor's, Consultants.
- Industry knowledge of the external business environment, market trends, competitors and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact based recommendations to hiring teams, managers or internal stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and grasp quickly changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that effect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent.
- Provide a smooth and professional start-to-end candidate experience.
- Influence managers and other business group stakeholders to align internal efforts to the best recruiting approaches to hire the top candidates for their needs. Generate new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent deliverables.
- Develop, plan, validate and drive operational response to the hiring manager/business/department talent requirements. Influence peers and management to effectively communicate and contribute to staffing strategies, initiatives and sourcing plans.
- Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high quality candidates
- Maintain structured MIS
- Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function
- Perform reference checks on potential employees
Required Skills :
- Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience
- Relevant experience : 6+ years handling a Recruitment profile
- Excellent in MS - Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written is a must
- Resourceful
- Should be willing to work for 6 days.
Salary Offered : 10-18 Lpa
