Profile
- MBA from an reputed institution with around 10 to 15 years experience in Talent Acquisition across technology/non-technology functions.
- You should have lead a team of TA professionals and managed partners including vendors.
- Working as a strategic partner to business leaders, integrating and embodying organisation values.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management.
- Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
