- Familiar with the talent market place and understand the industry, develop and create sourcing strategies
Regular Planning for increasing the Referral database and evaluating availability for the current open positions with BUs.
- Responsible for Managing the Highly seasoned and motivated team of recruiters for entire NOIDA Location.
