TA Lead ( Immediate Joiner )
7-10 + yrs of experience
MBA - from a good college
Handled end to end recruitment
70-80% Executive Hiring .
Can be from e-commerce, platform SAAS based companies or consulting with good communication and pedigree
( Someone having startup exposure is preferred )
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Managing full spectrum of hiring activities for the Leadership hiring roles.
- Should be able to drive things individually and handson
- Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs for Mid-sr level Hiring
- Driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire, cost per hire, diversity hiring etc.)
- Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Manage the key metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Functional / Technical Skills - Strong experience in a in talent acquisition in Tech Industry preferred:
- Ability to multi-task and get results.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a very fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
