- The role of the Lead - Talent Acquisition is to support Ai Palettes business goals by focusing on building relationships with the hiring managers to acquire the best and brightest talent into the organization

- You will be part of our PE team and strengthen our hiring capabilities. Role & Responsibilities:

- Creating and implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy and driving the Talent Acquisition agenda for both Tech and Non-Tech departments across the organization

- Manage the full life cycle hiring process from kick-off to offer closure

- Create and implement various talent sourcing methods globally for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media etc.)

- Collaborate with the hiring managers to ensure a top-notch hiring experience both for the team and for the candidate


- Build our employer brand to attract top talent and ensure our talent pipeline is always replenished

- Implementing data driven recruitment and delivering on recruitment KPIs;

- Managing external recruitment partners and/ or a small team

- Contribute to talent acquisition strategy by making suggestions for process improvements and measuring your success with the relevant KPI's

- Stay abreast of hiring trends and best practices, provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing and hiring

- Partner with the People team and take part in ad-hoc projects and initiatives


Requirements:

- At least 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end SAAS/tech hiring preferable in a high-growth environment

- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.

- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri ,and other top hiring tools

- Candidates from startup backgrounds would be preferred. Bonus points if you've worked at a B2B SaaS startup.

- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage and activate passive candidates

- Good track record in employer branding

- Experience managing remote hiring processes with multiple offices nationally/globally

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with different stakeholders

- A people person with great interpersonal skills - "Can do" attitude, independent, proactive, Prompt and Responsive.

- Must have strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
