Responsibilities:
- Capable of handling both Manager and Individual Contributor roles.
- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals (15%).
- Perform individual recruiting tasks from sourcing to closing (50%).
- Collaborate with HR operations to increase employee retention (15%).
- Engage in organizational planning (10%).
- Focus on employer branding and networking (10%).
You will be a good fit if you:
- Have experience scaling organizations from 50 to 200+ employees, particularly in SaaS.
- Possess 4+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter.
- Can hire high-quality technical talent (data scientists, ML engineers, Python developers) and high-quality sales & marketing talent (growth marketers, content marketers, account executives).
- Excel at convincing top-tier talent to join a fast-growing software startup.
- Are highly detailed and process-oriented.
- Take ownership of problems and develop plans to resolve bottlenecks.
- Adapt well to a fast-growing startup culture.
- Have a solid understanding of HR practices.
- Hold an MBA in HR (preferred but not required).
- Like to take ownership and thrive in fast-paced environment.
