Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for engagement with the candidate once the offer is rolled out and until the candidate comes on board
- Work on different strategies to stay connected with the candidate like arranging for a team lunch/Training session/ Welcome goodies and to maintain a close follow up until he/she joins the organization
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking is a must.
Requirements :
- 12 -14 years of total experience
- Someone with predominant experience in Talent Acquisition but who is keen to work as Candidate Management Specialist
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
