TA Lead ( Immediate Joiner )


10+ yrs of experience

MBA - from a good college (Tier 1 preferred)

Handled end to end recruitment

70-80% technology Hiring .

Can be from reputed firms, e-commerce, platform SAAS based companies .

( Someone having startup exposure is preferred )

Roles/Responsibilities:

- Managing full spectrum of hiring activities for the assigned functions.

- Determining current staffing needs and forecasting the hiring needs for assigned functions.

- Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs

- Driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire, cost per hire, diversity hiring etc.)

- Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives

- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

- Manage the key metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Functional / Technical Skills - Strong experience in a in talent acquisition in Tech Industry:

- Ability to multi-task and get results.

- Ability to be flexible and work in a very fast paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
