Lead - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing/Industrial Automation Firm
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters in any specialization from a reputed university
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition processes and tools with full lifecycle recruiting and people management from similar industries.
- Experience in end-to-end TA process awareness, continuous improvement approach and experience in managing change projects.
- Skilled in leading a diverse team in a global environment and capable of creating challenging new ideas and providing constructive inputs.
- Proven track record in delivering results by networking and influencing senior business and HR leaders across a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering the talent acquisition processes to implement global talent strategies in assign BA/Divisions. Working with HR Business Partners and line managers across country to gain insights into the short / mid / long term business needs / priorities and current talent challenges.
- Providing feedback to regional TA Lead, based on insights gained, as an input for future strategy and programs responsible for the management of the local TA team and external partner relations (talent partners,- employer branding- specialist and other internal & external agreed resources) to ensure effective sizing and staffing of the teams to best support business TA requirements, including understanding- budget- implications.
- Managing and keeping track on progress of global TA objectives (KPIs, SLAs etc.) and supporting talent partners throughout to deliver on these objectives. Running regular 121 sessions with all team members, once per month and participating on PDA discussions together with Regional TA Lead ensuring compliance- of internal processes and systems with country legislations,- HR- policies and compliance standards supporting or driving TA Initiatives/Campaigns, Employer Branding activities, University Relations, Early Talent- and Trainee Programs etc. where required, locally and online to boost Employer Brand.
- Being an active member of the TA community, share local insights with the business and HR leaders on the skills availability- in local talent market. Recommending- continuous improvement- to practices, processes and policies to advance the TA function.
- Contributing to the design and- development- of new TA solutions, both global and country / region-specific and assisting in their implementation. Supporting timely data analytics and- reporting- activities to manage candidate pipeline and other recruitment- metrics. Delivering end-to-end TA services in reduced volume (50%)
