They are looking to hire a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who can hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives.

Description

The incumbent will be instrumental in end to end tech hiring, scaling up the organisation in India

You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to support organisation's business and growth objectives.

Profile

- 8 to 10 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition across technology hiring primarily

- Prior experience in a B2B start up (preferable deep tech) ecosystem is a must

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
