Experience - 5 to 9 years
MBA - Must

Location - Delhi/NCR
Recruitment Planning : Identifying & interacting with stake holders to understand the critical roles requirement, building pipelines and mapping competencies
Sourcing Mix : Maintaining a balance in sourcing through referrals, internal database, job portals, consultants & social media
On boarding : Smooth On-boarding & joining formalities conducted for all new recruits
Reporting : Manage the recruitment MIS & monthly dashboards for the Leadership team. A
Budgeting : Analyzing the recruitment cost, the TA budget & the quality of hire.
Vendor Management
- Support, execute and deployment of following key HR processes
