Lead- TA & HRBP
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following :
i. Strategise hiring requirements, attract and select the best-in-class talent from target industry segments according to business demands and ensure that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
ii. Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals
iii. Develop strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support the current as well as the future needs of the business.
iv. Plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
v. Manage and drive a team of TA specialists to ensure maximum output
vi. Manage internal and external stakeholders.
vii. Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands.
viii. Have a high degree of data orientation; Prepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards.
