Key Result areas:
1. Recruitment Goals
- Ensures alignment of hiring strategy i.e. sourcing channels, selection methodologies and candidate care with the TA strategic and operating goals.
- Meeting recruiting targets by building talent pipelines for critical roles and managing internal or external stakeholders
- Participate and/or lead TA projects focused on continuous improvement of core programs and services. Facilitate the implementation of PPI
- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization
2. Team Development
- Direct and guide implementation of the team goals
- Build up trusting cooperation within/across team to enable efficient team performance
- Identify and implement suitable development measures to create a professional team
