- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Experience :
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement best practices to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
Employer Branding :
- Promote employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns.
Collaboration and Partnerships :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
Metrics and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment progress and trends.
Qualifications :
- MBA - Human Resoures or equivalent from reputed institute.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare, technology, finance or insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
