Talent Acquisition Lead - FMCG
Responsibilities :
- Build the capability of the lean TA team. While it is a people leader role, the incumbent will also need to roll up the sleeves and get hands dirty and do hands on work.
- Look for opportunities for significantly reducing hiring cost. Hiring metrics and TA dashboard
- Manage campus engagement and campus hiring strategy. Know how on employer branding and work on employee value proposition is a plus
