Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to optimize our hiring processes and build a strong talent pipeline.
- This role requires expertise in headhunting, recruitment metrics, and end-to-end talent acquisition, along with leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of 2-3 recruiters.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG or F&B industry and play a strategic role in acquiring top talent across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 recruiters, enhancing their performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies including headhunting, networking, referrals, and job portals.
- Track and optimize TA metrics such as Time to Hire, Cost to Hire, Source of Hire, and Offer to Join ratio.
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers for workforce planning and role alignment.
- Execute niche and volume hiring strategies, ensuring quality hires within defined TAT.
- Drive recruitment funnel efficiency and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Leverage ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics for streamlined hiring.
- Manage and optimize Keka HRMS for recruitment operations and tracking.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry talent insights.
- Strengthen the employer brand in the talent market.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and develop a TA team.
- Experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry preferred.
- Prior experience in Non-IT recruitment is preferred.
- Expertise in TA frameworks, hiring KPIs, and recruitment best practices.
- Hands-on experience in headhunting, Boolean search, and social recruiting.
- Proficiency in managing Cost to Hire, Time to Hire, Source of Hire, and Offer to Join ratio.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS systems, Keka HRMS, Excel dashboards, and recruitment analytics tools
