- Our client is a fast growing internet start-up in financial services space.

- With the growth in their business in India, they are looking to hire a seasoned recruitment professional
with a strong experience in start-up ecosystem hiring for roles in Non-Tech domain to join them in a team leading role.

Description :

- The incumbent will lead end to end hiring, scaling up the organisation in India.

- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

- You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives.

Profile :

- 8 to 10 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition in Non-Tech functions incl. Finance, Compliance etc.

- Prior experience with start-ups is preferred

- Ability to lead Talent Acquisition for the organisation

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
