- As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead you will be the thinker of all strategies regarding recruitment programs focused on talent channels, direct recruitment and referral programmes, etc.

- Responsible for building and implementing Talent Acquisition Analytics to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, quality and adoption of talent staffing initiatives.

- Someone who has worked on leading TA strategies for an organization that has scaled up.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the implementation of critical sourcing programs focused on the identification of hard to find talent.

- Manage overall recruiting budget ensuring cost optimization. Ensure ROI reviews on all programs and sourcing channels are done on a timely basis.

- Collaborate with functional leaders to build and deliver innovative approaches to identify specialty talent delivery channels for experienced hires, both active and passive.

- Work closely with the recruitment leaders to identify best practices in attracting and converting talent and build and drive fresh, forward thinking talent solutions and recruiting strategies.

- Perform as a self-starter and a change catalyst to independently create and execute against sourcing strategies.

To fit the bill, you must have :

- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a tenured talent acquisition specialist and leader, with a career focus in talent acquisition centers of excellence.

- Must have seen large scale hiring across levels at the Group level.

- Experience of developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to develop function-specific acquisition plans which include campus, experienced and direct recruitment.

- Knowledge of the full breadth of the talent landscape.

- Ability to deploy an analytics driven perspective.

- Ability to present dashboards to leadership team on overall TA functioning.

PREFER CANDIDATES WHO HAVE WORKED IN EXECUTIVE SEARCH & SELECTION FIRMS WITH EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRY MAPPING AND CXO HIRING.
