Looking for Lead - Talent Acquisition who have hands on experience from with EV / any automotive / automobile Industry.

Experience: 8 - 12 yrs. Should have handled Specialist role in Talent Acquisition, with large organizations. The candidate has a working knowledge of different models of employment both within India and Globally.

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the requirement of NEB, able to map the talent to the requirements

- Develop Networking with various Industry forums in India and Globally also to attract professionals

- Understand Compensation trends, working models, various types of employment patterns to implement

- Metricize the Cost and time taken to fill in positions into NEB, improve them continuously

- Active collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
