The company has seen a 100 times growth in the number of registered learners in three years, and 30 times revenue growth in the last 3 years. The team has grown from five to 60 and now has offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Their programs are offered in Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

As a TA Lead, you will take responsibility for and ownership of our recruitment strategy and implementation - to hire talented and motivated people who would be a fantastic fit to our organization.

What you need to do:

- Focusing on talent acquisition, entire employee life-cycle planning (induction, engagement, talent management, culture building (genuinely), a whole lot of unforeseen work!

- Working with each functional team to meet their recruiting needs in terms of number and quality of people

- Proactively identifying and maintain relationships with talent across various skill categories and levels of experience

- Implementing a talent management strategy, including personal development and career planning

- Designing, implementing and refining process pertaining to talent on-boarding, performance management, and employee engagement

- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, and coaching them on successful hiring, management and conflict resolution methods

What you need to have:

- At least 3 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in talent acquisition and / or business partnering.

- MBA preferable.

- Start-up experience desirable
