About the role:

Sourcing & Headhunting:

- You will work closely to identify, source and hire top talent across the region for Tech Roles.

- You will be responsible to source profiles for end to end through LinkedIn, GitHub, social media and Google X-Ray Search.

- Be able to head-hunt such talent and convince them to explore the opportunity.

- Also, work on building a pipeline of such talent by regularly connecting with industry leaders.

- You will be advised on relevant projects among target companies and hence create strong pipeline of prospective candidates.

Screening & Interviewing :

- You will be responsible to conduct detailed TA round of interview with relevant candidates and recommend as per hiring criteria of respective open role.

- You will be accountable to mention all rationale why a candidate is recommended to Hiring Manager in detail.

Stakeholder Management :

- Your primary focus will be to recruit for our Technology organization, depending on business needs.

- Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities.

- Partner closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates.

- Effectively collaborate with our highly effective team of HR Operations and HR Coordinators.

- Ensure excellent Hit ratio from offer to joining with great candidate engagement pattern.

- Publishing Weekly Hiring Updates to all Hiring parties for roles assigned.

Process Compliance :

- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems.

- Executing the Employer Branding Initiatives for Chennai market.

- Ensure the TA SoP is adhered with 100% accuracy and hence compliant.

Must have skills:

- Education: Bachelors in Engineering / Masters in Human Resource Management.

- Experience: 7+ yrs. in Tech/ IT Hiring only.

- Technology Hiring: The ideal candidate should have proven experience on closing roles like : React Native, PHP Developer, Android & iOS Developers, Testing - Selenium & Appium, AWS Cloud Engineers, API Developers.

- Strong communication skills: Should have very strong spoken and written communication. Tamil speaking is a preferable for this role. At a senior TA role, we need to head-hunt top talent and explain very clearly why this is the right opportunity for them.

- Headhunting and Company Mapping : Strong headhunting skills with ability to conduct to market research and hence map target passive candidates through Company Mapping.

- Stakeholder Management : Must have proven experience including Internal and External Stakeholders.

- Source Mix Management: Must have extensive exposure in managing source mix - both Internal & External : like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, and other job boards. The ideal candidate should be an expert at using job portal. Should be able to understand complex searches and best practices in using these platforms. Well versed with GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.

- Interviewing Skills : Should understand how to derive information while interviewing a prospective candidate alongside breaking ice to add to strong rapport.

- Should align with our Core Cultural Aspects like Hustle, Ownership, Hunger to learn and self-improve and Show respect.

- Must possess Negotiation Skills and understanding for CTC Calculation.

- TA Process : Must possess an excellent understanding about Talent Acquisition Process with alongside compliance.

- Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one of the fastest growing departments in the company.

- High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.

- Team Management : Experience in managing a team of 3-4 or more people.

Good to Have Skills:

- Networking Skills : For roles the candidate has worked on, they should have database of top candidates : The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have a strong database of top talent across roles like React, PHP, Selenium, Appium etc.

- Application Tracking System - FreshTeams / Workday / BrassRing / CornerStone / TurboHire.

- Preferable to have analytical abilities and past experience to preparing Weekly Dashboard on Hiring standpoint.
