Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of recruiters responsible for all hiring across functions and job level for
- Plan and implement Talent attraction and branding strategies across existing and new channels to make employer of choice.
- Identify and develop partners to help expedite key hiring/niche positions.
- Plan and implement campus hiring strategies based on current and future positions.
- Be updated on market trends with regards to competitors and best practices
- Set dashboards capturing all key recruitment metrics- Quantitative and Qualitative.
Qualification:
- Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from Tier 1/2 college
- 4+ years of experience with FMCG, Ecommerce or It/ITES
- Prior consulting experience will be Mandate.
