- Own & deliver hiring for the assigned roles / groups
- Proactively network and source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals,headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities,print ads etc.
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective planning, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an abilityto manage candidate/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate with applicants to take people from application to offer stage.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes to deliver quality results.
- Plan and support initiatives including employee referrals, refining career section on our website etc.
- Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.
- Work closely with interview teams to create and exceptional interview process and candidate experience
