- Looking to hire a TA lead in Bangalore for India's largest and fastest growing Digital Platform.
- They offer various CPD activities such as CME, Quizzes, Scientific Updates, Patient Education Materials etc. with a collaboration of over 35 different organizations for top quality medical content.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Expertise in setting up best practices in terms of sourcing from multiple channels especially social media
- Strong hands on experience of hiring talent in the past
- Play a hands on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent internally / external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals & networks with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources.
- Hiring experience of employees at a middle and senior level in commercial organisation
- Must have led campus hiring as well as leadership hiring
- To facilitate successful salary negotiations, releasing offer letters and background verification to freeze the final appointment.
- Conduct recruitment data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION :
- 6 to 12 years of core Talent Acquisition experience in IT & NON IT
- Master's degree in Business Administration with HR specialization
- Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge
- Excellent people skills to liaise both externally and internally
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication
