- Lead for diversity hiring in Tax and Audit for one of the Big 4 management consultancy

- Advisory entrusted with; strategy design and execution, stakeholder management , workforce planning, market intelligence, and talent mapping

- Implement the annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies that support the organization's growth plans.

- Define talent map, compensation benchmark, and customized selection processes towards hiring the pioneer batch of professionals.

- Lead additional strategic initiatives like social media hiring, employee referral, and alumni relations

- End-to-end recruitment of niche skills across business groups in Advisory.

- Create leadership MIS, introduction of an AI based referral tool, create expectation framework for talent acquisitions.

- Collaborate with practice leaderships to assess needs, develop strategy and implement workplans to meet the needs of various practice areas.

- Mentor and coach new additions to the Talent Acquisition team.
