Lead - Talent Acquisition Position
- Accountable for the entire recruitment process (full-cycle recruitment) to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and committed to achieving the desired hiring outcome.
- Manage the Recruitment Management System (RCM) for the geography
- Partner with and consult Hiring Managers to define hiring needs (job scope and impact, candidate value proposition, ideal candidate profile, etc.).
- Develop and execute robust recruitment search strategies (such as - cold-calling, sourcing, networking, marketing, leveraging social media, etc.) that will attract and ultimately hire top talent.
- Implement employer branding campaigns and initiatives in line with global employer branding project in order to improve sourcing, recruitment and retention.
- Participate in regional Active Search Team to enhance searching activities and capabilities.
- Create the TA Dashboard to share with different stakeholders of how TA adds value & provides ROI
- Great communicator capable of building rapport, asking insightful questions and comprehending and reacting to an abundance of information.
- Good understanding of key business drivers
- Familiarity with technology platforms and standard systems e.g. Naukri, Monster, Taleo, Success Factors, LinkedIn
